TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. When booking with CLUBZ4HIRE you are agreeing to all our terms & conditions

  2. You must be 18 years or older to hire clubs & have a valid passport 

  3. Reservations are provisional until full payment is received via Credit/Debit card..

  4. Payments are non-refundable without 14 days written notice

  5. The cost for golf club hire is fixed as per website.

  6. The minimum rental period is 1 day, maximum 7 days.

  7.  It is the 'HIRER' responsibility to ensure the equipment being hired is as described on the website & in good condition.

  8.  Golf clubs will be delivered the evening prior to first day of play, or, in good time on day of play to your Hotel/Apartment or

       direct to golf course.

  9.  Golf clubs will be collected on last day of play directly from the golf course after your game or from your Hotel/Apartment on

       the same day.

10. Extentions to golf club rental periods without prior notice are not permitted. We require  a minimum of 48 hours of notice to

       confirm extended availability & a further written agreement is required.

11.  CLUBZ4HIRE will make all reasonable efforts to provide you with the golf equipment you requested. However, due to

        unknown factors our rental equipment is subject to availability. In the event we are unable to provide the equipment you

        requested we reserve the right to ask you to make alternative selections.

  12. Failure to return golf equipment on the agreed date/time will result in extra charges.

  13. A delivery & collection charge applies for a single set of golf club hire.

  14. Where more than one person is specified as the hirer then each and every person is jointly and severally responsible for

        performance of the contract.

  15. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: The equipment is being rented to you on an "AS IS” basis "WITH ALL FAULTS". You the

        "HIRER" bear the entire risk as to the quality or performance of the equipment. Should the equipment be proven to be

        defective following its rental, YOU & not CLUBZ4HIRE will assume the entire risk. CLUBZ4HIRE has not made, does not

        make & hereby disclaims any representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied, with respect to the rental

        equipment, including, but not limited to its design, performance, condition, mercantability, fitness for use or for any particular

        purpose.

  16. HIRER will not sell, assign, sublease or transfer any of HIRERS interests in this agreement or the rental equipment. Any

        such attempted sale, assignment, sublease or transfer is void and of no effect. CLUBZ4HIRE shall have the right to

        immediately repossess the rental equipment and assess any applicable charges as specified in this agreement.

        CLUBZ4HIRE may sell, transfer or assign its interest in this agreement or the rental equipment without the consent of the

        HIRER.

  17. DECLARATION. I "THE HIRER" understand that any loss/damage will be charged to my "THE HIRER" Credit/Debit Card or

        PayPal account without my "THE HIRER" consent.   

  18. I "THE HIRER" agree to all the charges listed below for lost/stolen or damaged golf equipment.   

* DAMAGED/BROKEN CLUBS MUST BE RETURNED AS FULL

      ANY MISSING PARTS WILL BE DEEMED AS LOST/STOLEN
